Loren L. Lindahl graduated from the University of Nebraska in 1968 with a Degree in Business Administration as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1972.
Mr. Lindahl joined the Edstrom and Bromm Law Firm in 1973. He is a member of the Saunders County Bar Association and the Nebraska Bar Association. He was a four-term Saunders County Attorney and was a member of the National Association District Attorneys and the Nebraska Association of County Attorneys.
Mr. Lindahl was also a delegate to the Nebraska State Bar Association House of Delegates and served on the Dues Governance Committee. His legal practice emphasis includes governmental law, estate planning, contracts and real estate matters. Mr. Lindahl has been involved in many community activities including the Wahoo Community Chest, the Wahoo Templecraft Association, American Legion, Greater Wahoo Development Foundation, Prairie Hills Girls Scout Council, Wahoo Board of Education, Educational Service Unit #2, and is a member of the United Methodist Church. Mr. Lindahl was also a Commissioner of the Commission of Industrial Relations of the State of Nebraska.

Maureen Freeman-Caddy is a native of North Bend, Nebraska. She worked for the USDA National Soil Survey Laboratory in Lincoln, Nebraska and as an economic assistant for the Foreign Agricultural Service in Washington, D.C as an undergraduate. During law school, she served as a law clerk for the Lancaster County District Court. She joined the firm in 1993 and served as Deputy County Attorney for Saunders County for four years. Her practice today includes representation of several municipalities in Eastern, Nebraska as well as providing services in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate, Farm & Business Planning, Real Estate, Guardian/Conservatorship, Adoption and Family Law.
She is active both in the Wahoo and Eagle Communities serving many boards and volunteer roles. She has been active with the Nebraska State Bar and Saunders County Bar Associations

Jovan Lausterer's practice focuses on all aspects of federal and state estate and gift planning, business and corporate organization and planning, business owner exit planning, site selection and planning, construction law, natural resources, and real estate transactions.
Mr. Lausterer works with all types and sizes of clients, from individuals and small business owners to large public corporations. Jovan joined Edstrom, Bromm, Lindahl & Freeman-Caddy in 2007 as an Associate.
Previously he worked as a Law Clerk and Attorney for seven years at the Omaha firm Erickson & Sederstrom, PC. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife (Julie) and four kids (Kyan, Ava, Emery and Iyla).

Jovan is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and is an officer in the Saunders County Bar Association. Jovan is also a former President of the Wahoo Lions Club, the Greater Wahoo Development Foundation and W-Club Wrestling. Jovan served for numerous years on his church council at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church of Wahoo and has participated in the Communities in Concert campaign, the District 39 bond campaign and was on the community committee for selection of multiple Superintendents of Wahoo Public Schools.
Joanna Uden grew up in Valparaiso, Nebraska and attended Bishop Neumann High School. Joanna continued her education at the University of Nebraska as a Regents Scholar earning her degree in Psychology as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2018. While in law school she spent time in Xi’an and Beijing, China as a member of the Young Leaders Program through the Confucius Institute. She was able to learn alongside other law students about Chinese culture and study differences in legal structure.
During law school, Joanna worked as a law clerk with Legal Aid of Nebraska assisting with the Health, Education and Law Project (H.E.L.P). After graduating from law school, she served as an associate attorney with Egr, Birkel & Wollmer, P.C. advocating for clients in court, assisting clients with contract development and helping businesses and municipalities in legal matters. She then served as a public health attorney with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services providing legal advice and support to public health programs, assisting in regulation and statute writing, as well as representing the Department in administrative hearings.
Joanna is currently on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for Blue Valley Behavioral Health. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Saunders Medical Center Foundation. Joanna is active with the Nebraska State Bar Association and Saunders County Bar Association. She is a member of Saints Mary & Joseph Catholic Church in Valparaiso.

Emil John Paul Svec (“JP”) grew up in David City, Nebraska, and attended Aquinas Catholic High School. John Paul continued his education at Wayne State College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Criminal Justice. He then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2023. During law school, John Paul was part of the Federalist Society and the St. Thomas Moore Society. John Paul also worked as a law clerk for the Saunders County Attorney’s Office and Lutton Law Office, LLC.
John Paul began as a law clerk for Bromm, Lindahl, Freeman-Caddy & Lausterer in January of 2023. After completing law school and passing the Bar Exam, he transitioned into an associate attorney in September of 2023. His areas of practice include civil litigation, representation in the areas of Estate Planning and probate, Business Planning, Real Estate, and contract law. In his free time, John Paul enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, and hiking.
